1. General Overview

At Shilvora Solutions, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality web development, software architecture, and IT solutions. Because our services involve significant time, labor, and custom coding, our refund policy is structured around project milestones and mutually agreed deliverables. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.

2. Milestone-Based Payments

Most of our projects are divided into distinct phases (e.g., Discovery, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment). Payments are generally collected at the beginning of each milestone. Once a milestone is approved by the client and the associated work is completed, the payment for that specific milestone becomes non-refundable.

3. Conditions for a Refund

Refunds may be considered under the following specific circumstances:

  • Cancellation Before Project Kickoff: If you cancel your project after signing the agreement but before any actual work, research, or resource allocation has begun, you are entitled to a full refund of your initial deposit, minus any transaction fees.
  • Failure to Deliver: If Shilvora Solutions entirely fails to deliver the scope of work agreed upon in the Statement of Work (SOW) due to our own internal limitations, a pro-rated refund will be issued based on the undelivered portion of the project.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Due to the nature of digital goods and third-party expenses, the following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Payments made for completed and client-approved milestones.
  • Costs associated with third-party services, including but not limited to: domain registrations, SSL certificates, cloud hosting setups (AWS, Azure), API licenses, and premium software plugins.
  • Hours logged by dedicated developers or designers hired on an hourly or monthly retainer basis.
  • Setup fees, consultation fees, and strategy discovery sessions once they have been executed.

5. Project Delays & Client Responsibilities

Shilvora Solutions will not issue refunds for project delays caused by the client. This includes, but is not limited to, delays in providing necessary content, API credentials, design feedback, or milestone approvals. If a project remains dormant for more than 45 days due to client unresponsiveness, the project will be considered closed, and no refunds will be issued.

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved by our management team:

  • The refund will be processed within 10 to 14 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.
  • Any bank charges, currency conversion fees, or payment gateway processing fees incurred during the transaction will be deducted from the final refund amount.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with the progress of a project, we urge you to contact our project management team immediately to seek a resolution. We are committed to revising and correcting our work within the scope of the original agreement rather than immediately terminating the project.
