Because our services involve significant time, labor, and custom coding, our refund policy is structured around project milestones and mutually agreed deliverables. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.
Most of our projects are divided into distinct phases (e.g., Discovery, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment). Payments are generally collected at the beginning of each milestone. Once a milestone is approved by the client and the associated work is completed, the payment for that specific milestone becomes non-refundable.

Shilvora Solutions will not issue refunds for project delays caused by the client. This includes, but is not limited to, delays in providing necessary content, API credentials, design feedback, or milestone approvals. If a project remains dormant for more than 45 days due to client unresponsiveness, the project will be considered closed, and no refunds will be issued.

If you are dissatisfied with the progress of a project, we urge you to contact our project management team immediately to seek a resolution. We are committed to revising and correcting our work within the scope of the original agreement rather than immediately terminating the project.
